FAQ
Straight answers for shippers.
No invented lanes, rates, or testimonials — only how this carrier actually works.
- What is hot shot versus LTL?
- Hot shot is a dedicated truck assigned to your freight. We pick up and run a direct route. LTL consolidates many shippers through terminals. If the load cannot wait on a hub, you want hot shot.
- How do I request a quote?
- Call (701) 403-3197, use the quote form, or email jlkugel@gmail.com. Include contact, pickup and drop-off times, what you want hauled, and any ZIPs, pieces, size, weight, or dock notes you have.
- Do you publish rates?
- No. Dispatch prices the actual load after we see ZIPs, size, weight, and timing. A website rate would be a guess.
- What equipment do you run?
- Ford F-450, 32-foot flatbed, and 40-foot flatbed trailer. GVWR, tarp, forklift, and team drivers are confirmed with dispatch — we list “ask dispatch” where a number is not published.
- Where do you run?
- We dispatch from Hulett, Wyoming and Wahpeton, North Dakota. We work the Rocky Mountain and Northern Plains region and surrounding states when the load fits. Ask about your specific origin and destination.
- Do you offer GPS tracking?
- GPS tracking for your comfort. Loads are GPS-tracked so you have peace of mind. Ask dispatch for updates while the truck is moving.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. Insured up to $2,000,000 — COI on request.
- What are your MC and DOT numbers?
- USDOT 4548147. MC 1805902.
- What is the phone number?
- Dispatch is (701) 403-3197. Click to call (701) 403-3197, or send the load on Get a Quote.
