We operate under USDOT 4548147 and MC 1805902. Those are the numbers we put on the truck and the website. We do not list certifications we have not earned.
Safety
Compliance in writing. No borrowed badges.
Professional hot shot work is licensed authority, insurance you can request, and a refusal to take freight we cannot secure or legally run.
Insurance
Insured up to $2,000,000 — COI on request. Ask dispatch if your shipper or broker needs a certificate issued to a specific certificate holder.
Hours and fitness
Runs are planned as dedicated work, not as a promise to beat the clock at the expense of hours-of-service rules. If a ready time and a delivery window do not fit a legal run, we will say so.
Cargo securement
Open-deck freight is only accepted when we can secure it for the road that is actually in front of us. Dimensions, weight, and commodity belong on the quote so we can judge that before pickup.
What we will not claim
This page does not list CSA scores, safety awards, or third-party seals we have not provided. If you need a specific document, ask. If we have it, we will send it. If we do not, we will not pretend.
